Where was the single/EP/album recorded and who was involved in its production?

I began writing this on my own in my home studio to begin with, before working with Joe Caple (Libra Libra) and then finishing up at

The Brook Studio in Wallington. Produced by Andy Brook and Lucky Man. Iain Hornal of ELO and 10 cc plays bass and backing vocals.

Is there a particular ethos behind the single/EP/album or any particular music styles or events that inspired it?

This first single represents a new chapter for me. A chance to lift the weight of the world off of my shoulders by finally recording and releasing my life's work

Can you briefly describe what the song/each song is about? If you are releasing an album then either describe the thinking behind the project or choose a couple of lead tracks to focus on.

The song sally , is about my friend that was a professional dancer heavily involved in the club scene , it nearly took her life then one day she fell pregnant and never looked back... she then knew love for the first time... the flesh and light came back to her bones.. it was incredible ... the song is to honour her journey and our friendship , we looked after each other through the darkest days and her pregnancy ... I am the god father of her child.. its a bit more rock and roll than that but , you get the gist.

Were there any notable or amusing happenings surrounding the recording/production of the EP? As above, list whatever might be of relevance.

Trying to get it recorded with covid was outrageous but I wouldn't have had Andy brook producing or Iain Hornal involved on the record as they were both involved with world tours... with Status Quo and 10 cc respectively, video by Andy Baybutt that produced Lucky Man for the Verve, who I met and happened by miracle to live exactly opposite the house i started writing the song in, years before. The universe aligned to get this music finished in Magic and Epic proportions.

Please provide a one or two-line personal quote that can be attributed to a band member, about either the band themselves or the release.

Obviously the more eye-catching this is the better.
