Song Came about during a trip to my moms' native island of Puerto Rico, on that trip I learned about the islands rich native Taino Indian and African influence that makes up most of the Caribbean islands.

Introducing Kastro.  Hailing from The Bronx, New York City,  Kastro is "The American Dream In Motion."  As an AfroLatino American child, Kastro had to rise up from poverty and dig himself out of abusive home life.  Through great pain and emotional distress, Kastro began to write and sing music at a very early age.  As he grew, so did his incredible voice, and he honed his craft

Now Kastro is stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, displaying his diverse, bilingual singing style  Drawing inspiration from both past and present singing talents, Kastro blends today's modern, multi-genre R&B sounds with classic, soulful crooning.
